Quote of the Day:
"An architect's most useful tools are an eraser at the drafting board, and a wrecking bar at the site."

We offer the following services:

Design stage:

Using our wealth of knowledge in the industry, we can accompany, or represent clients,

at initial contract design stages, when coordinating details with Architects,

designers and consultants.

On Site surveys:

Crucially for many clients, we also offer the service of full on site surveys,

not commonly offered by contract draughting personnel.

All surveys are carried out to the highest possible accuracy, based on either,

Main Contractors gridlines and datums, or ones set up specifically for our clients.

Initial coordination with client’s team to establish own preferred working practices,

as well as contract specific coordination with all other relevant subcontractors,

to ensure design compliant and properly coordinated drawings.

Working closely with clients also ensures that all detailing reflects

their contract costs and budgets.

All details are presented in a clear and precise manner, from scaled overviews,

through to full size specific details, as required.

Close monitoring of detailing ensures continued compliance with the

clients’ requirements and expectations.

Layer and pen management are controlled to highlight specific detailing,

and to enhance clarity for the user.

All details are produced in the clients preferred format,

and can be presented on client’s own Title Blocks, if required.

CTB files are provided, or client’s own versions can be adopted.

Drawing Issue & Approval:

Typically, drawings are issued electronically,

but can be issued in any client preferred format.

Document Control is carefully monitored, to ensure prompt issuing and returns.

All drawings are amended to account for approval comments as a matter of priority,

to ensure Construction Issue drawings are available at the programmed date.

On Site coordination:

As required by the client, coordination continues through on site meetings with

clients’ own staff and subcontractors, to ensure compliance continues,

and any late design or detail changes are incorporated.

Because we understand every client has different requirements with

regards to controlling their costs for subcontract services,

we attempt to be as flexible and understanding as possible,

when it comes to the way we charge.

We can offer quotations for fixed packages of work, or on larger

and more complex contracts, our bigger clients prefer us to work on an hourly rate,

with a clearly defined program for specific packages of the work.
